Inspiring our connection to the land

A work of art, this diary is a treasure to use and indulge yourself into its inspirational illustrations, pictures, poems and earth repairing information.

“This really is the most delightful diary I have ever owned. From the diversity of it’s beautiful illustrations and thought provoking poetry and prose to the information it contains about all things relating to the Celtic Wheel of the Year - it truly does inspire me to get out and connect more with the land. I love it!”

Brigit Strawbridge of the www.thebiggreenidea.org July 2009

A beautiful diary that you will be proud to use.

Celebrating the work of UK artists and writers who inspire our connection to the Earth, the healing and writers who inspire our connection to the earth, the healing we are all part of and the part we are all playing in creating the changes we wish to see happen, whether on a personal, local, or global level.
All the artwork and writing is placed within the context of the Celtic Wheel of the Year. The diary also includes UK Moon phases and signs, some astrological information, a focus for each of the Eight Celtic Festivals, Permaculture and environmental awareness, with a page a week view, a page a month view and year planners.

All bound beautifully and printed on 100% post consumer waste paper
The best recycled, eco-friendly diary available

The Moonshare Cooperative began in September 2007. Its founder members met to pool their enthusiasm and ideas for a new UK Diary that aimed to be a network and resource for the Earth lovers, environmentalists, artists, writers and activists of our UK alternative community.

This is an introduction to the Founder members of the Moonshare Cooperative:

Glennie Kindred
Born in Nottingham, living in Derbyshire. Mother, Grandmother, Lover of Life! I am an artist, author, celebrant, events co-ordinator and teacher. I love working and playing with trees and living close to Nature and her Spirit. I Love connecting to the Divine Energy and Essence of Life!
I Love meditation, singing, toning, drumming, dancing, joyfulness, walking, gardening, networking, the sea, the hills, organic food, giving workshops and celebration! I Love being part of this growing consciousness shift that is uniting us in Love and an awareness of the interconnected Web of Life we all share and create together.

Jaine Rose
I am an artist, a mother, a witch and aromatherapist, living happily amongst a wonderful community in Stroud, Gloucestershire. I spend my days honouring Mother Earth through my work, my garden and my growing family. I find inspiration in many things - summer festivals, the beautiful women in my Women's Circles, and this sacred Brigit's Isles in which I find myself.
I am continually amazed by the unusual people I meet on my journey - I am so excited and privileged to be alive in this time of the 'Great Turning' - an awakening of our human impact on our planet, a chance to create more sustainable and peaceful ways of living together. Meanwhile I live and breathe the beauty of the Goddess in all things.

Hannah Willow
I live in the Wiltshire countryside close by Stonehenge, and this primordial landscape of hills, tumuli, barrows and stone circles is a great influence in my work. I paint and make silver jewellery celebrating the ancient landscape and the life upon it, trees, hares, deer and many other of our native inhabitants.

I also work with a group of women on the Scarsister sacred and ritual tattoo weekends.

Lucille Valentine
I gratefully join in the re-knitting of the world as a practicing astrologer and writer. Gazing up the Tyne River Valley in Northumberland, where I live, I sometimes I sit in the sunshine and dream out loud, in spirals.
Ever since I was a girl on a farm in South Africa I have accepted the cycles of the earth and fate and the beauty of work, simplicity and eating home grown food.

Sharon Zak
I grew up with a deep understanding of my connection to the land and I experienced her with a truth that guided my journey. One day I rejected the trappings of profession and possession, and gave it all away. It was the moment gifted by recovery that led me to embrace the spiritual in a way that I hadn't done before, I embraced it with all of me for the first time.
Now I write books that are drenched in love, they are an antidote and my gift. My wonderful husband, Dave, and I started Slippery's to help spread that message of love and we now live in a way that minimizes our impact on the environment, living in harmony with the spirits of the land.
