Kaieteur will dispatch your order by recorded post or courier. Because of this your delivery address should have somebody there to sign. UK deliveries typically take 2 to 7 working days. International orders may take a little longer. You will be notified by email or phone to advise on delivery and give you a link enabling you to track your parcel. Special deliveries can be arranged if required, please ask. Please contact Kaieteur if you have any queries.
Prices for postage and packing should be added automatically, this includes; postage, packing and time. This is charged at cost and at a very reasonable rate. It becomes better value the larger the order. For overseas order an email or phone call will confirm delivery charges, but please note: if you are outside the European Union your purchase may incur some import taxes during delivery of which we have no control over. Refund, Replacement and cancellation terms.
Kaieteur hope all our products are of a high quality and you will be happy with. However, if there are any problems with damaged or faulty goods, please contact us to replace or refund.
If something is no good for you please send it back within 14 working days, in the same state as sent to you and we will refund within 30 working days. Please note return costs will be the customer’s responsibility. Refunds will be given in the case of damaged, faulty, or items incorrectly sent.

Ordering online is protected by a secure server which this uses industry standard SSL encryption that encrypts all information before being sent from Kaieteur to our payment processor Paypal. No Credit or debit card details are ever taken or stored by Kaieteur - we leave that up to Paypal.
