Kaieteur will dispatch your order by recorded post or courier. Because of this your delivery address should have somebody there to sign. UK deliveries typically take 3 to 7 working days. International orders may take a little longer. Special deliveries can be arranged if required. Please contact Kaieteur if you have any queries.

Prices for postage and packing should be added automatically, this includes; postage, packing and time. This is charged at cost and at a very reasonable rate. It becomes better value the larger the order. Kaieteur is offering Free Postage and Packing on UK orders over £75.

Refund, Replacement and Cancellation Policy.

Kaieteur are confident that all our products are of a high quality and that you will be happy with them. However, if there are any problems with damaged or faulty goods, please contact us to replace or refund.

If something is unsuitable for you please send it back within 14 working days, in the same state as it was sent to you and we will refund within 30 working days. Please note return costs will be the customer’s responsibility. Refunds will be given in the case of damaged, faulty, or items incorrectly sent.

Ordering over the phone is safe and secure. Ordering online is protected by a secure server, which uses industry standard SSL encryption that encrypts all information before being sent from Kaieteur to our payment processor, Paypal. No Credit or debit card details are ever taken or stored by Kaieteur - we leave that up to Paypal.
